At Nature4Less.com we believe in being environmentally responsible, so we reuse any and all packaging that is fit for shipping. Reuse is the best form of recycling.
While we could easily order fancy brand new boxes with our name on the side -- and yes we know how professional it would look -- we would then have to throw away thousands of boxes. While recycling may be better in some cases, for paper products it is quite unclear whether or not recycling actually conserves resources -- it may actually take more resources and produce more toxic waste than simply disposing the paper products.
This practice is not only the most responsible practice we've found, but it also equates to less overhead and more value transferred to you -- the customer. While commercialization makes us all feel wonderful about a brand new cardboard box packed and shipped just for us, with a fancy logo on the side, we believe our approach at Nature4Less.com is much more genuine.
Shipping and Handling Prices
We try our best to calculate our shipping and handling prices as accurately as possible. However, we cannot be responsible for any mistakes made, as shipping prices change continuously. As such, the shipping prices listed during your order are considered the final price and cannot be negotiated. Please be aware of the shipping prices shown to you during checkout, and understand that your order signifies that you accept the prices of all items and shipping and handling.
Free shipping on any products is only offered in the contiguous 48 United States. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or other countries will incur a surcharge to cover postage costs.
We are so confident that you will be satisfied with all STETZERiZER products, we have extended the ordinary 30-day return to 60-days!!! If you would like to return your STETZERiZER products, we will issue you a full refund no questions asked! Just get an RMA number following the instructions below and when we receive your return you will be immediately issued your refund.

Returns
Overview of Returns Policy
We want our returns policy to be as fair as possible for our customers. If the return is due to a defective product, the wrong product, or some other reason that is our fault, we will pay for the shipping and resolve the issue to your satisfaction as best we can. If you return an item because you've changed your mind, or because you ordered the wrong one, or any other reason for which you are responsible, then you are also responsible for the shipping charges. We do NOT charge a restocking fee like other stores.

--Returned item(s) must have a valid RMA (return material authorization) number or they cannot be accepted.

Return Procedure
- Contact us here by email or telephone and provide your order number, the reason for return, and whether you desire a replacement or refund
- We will provide you with an RMA number. If the return is due to a mistake on our side, we will send you a shipping label to place on the box with RMA number included.
- Ship the box to us
- We will process your request right away
- If you need express replacement service for an item or items, you will need to place a new order with the correct items, and upon completion of the return procedure above, we will refund your original payment for the returned order.
